Statement Under Penalty of Perjury: State, under penalty of perjury, that the information provided is accurate and that you are the rights holder or authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
Signature: Include an electronic or physical signature of the person authorized to act on behalf of the rights holder.
B. Upon Receipt of Infringement Notification
Upon receiving a valid infringement notice, it is our policy to promptly remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content.
C. Procedure for Supplying a Counter-Notice
If we believe that the removed or disabled content is not infringing, or if we have the right to use such content, we may send a counter-notice. This notice includes the following:
