However, please note that returns due to user error, such as incorrect selection of sizes, designs, colors, etc., are generally not accepted.

Refunds (if applicable)

If approved, we will provide you with a return address. Customers are responsible for return and exchange shipping rates. Refunds will be processed within 3-5 business days after receiving the returned item. Please note that unauthorized returns or returns of washed, worn, or damaged items will not be eligible for a refund or replacement.

Late or Missing Refunds (if applicable)

Sale Items (if applicable)

Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges (if applicable)

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, a refund will be issued to the gift giver.

Shipping

If your claim is approved, we will provide you with a return address, and you’ll be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. For items over €79.99, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.
